Ben voor geen eeuwen online geweest

Hier ben ik dan weer eens. Mijn laatste post was maanden geleden.
Ik ben zo druk geweest met voorbereidingen voor mijn examens die ik in mei en july had en met naar de sportschool gaan dat ik verder eigenlijk helemaal niets deed.
Niet erg interessant voor een blog dus.

Ik ben nu in ieder geval weer terug. Gister kwam Lydia bij mij thuis langs. Het was maar voor 2 uurtjes denk ik. Of nog nieteens. Maar ze heeft me weer enorm geholpen als model.  Kijk.. hier onder een paar foto's (als je ze nog niet op facebook of instagram had gezien).

Ik wil hierbij ook nog even een oproep doen!! Ik heb nodig een laptop nodig, aangezien ik die niet heb. Dus als iemand eentje overheeft dan hoor ik het graag!!

shooting for elle with a live stream.

Before i went to hockey camp Friday evening with my little sister and her hockey team i had that shoot of elle with the live stream.

so many people contacted me that they say me or that they where following it. so funny. actually it was really weird and scary to have a camera following you all the time.  How do they do it with those reality shows where a camera follows a family. I would be scared to say just everything.

I was shooting tho with Anniek and Iris of Tjarda models and my great love Jolijn Snijders took our pictures. I have to give also amazing thanks to anita and Guido for the stunning hair and make up!!!!

shooting...... With a live stream.

So tomorrow I am working again. It is like my life is getting busy while I actually should be studying. yesterday I arrived after a 20 hours long flight back from Tokyo.  and tomorrow I am shooting again.

I will be shooting with an amazing photographer tho. I love her. She is soo sweet and fun. But it funny part about this shoot is is that there is a live stream. I don't really know what i have to think about it. I mean.... as model we kind of are used to do everything our way. We change clothes in the middle of the set when it has to be fast. and i think that kind of things are a bit weird on a live stream.

After shooting I am going to my sister her hockey camp. so kind of a little vacation.

more from Tokyo

So I have spend now for about 4 days in Tokyo. Tomorrow morning really early I will leave back to the netherlands.  So tonight we go to something that's called the Robot Cafe I think. or Robot Restaurant. I actually forgot what it was. It is suppose toe be really cool.

I get actually really annoyed about the time difference. Every time I want to send something to people they are still a sleep. luckily we shot in the evening which means I stay awake until late so I can also send people messages when they are awake haha.

let's go back to Tokyo. What I have seen of it.  It is huge.  like If I look out of my hotel window at the 34 floor it looks never ending to me.  The sky is also always grey even when it is 27 degrees Celsius.  which makes it looks like it is 5 degrees Celsius or something. The people are amazing (if they are not drunk. when they are drunk they are the worst I figured out yesterday evening).

They are so polite and nice. They try to help you with everything and they really don't care about you at all. like the man in one of the pictures down. He dresses in a school uniform but nobody even lifts an eye lit.  It is amazing. The food is really good too.

We shot for two days one day in a hotel room in the hotel we were staying with the view of the city in the background and one in the city in a little neighbourhood which is called golden gai. It is very cute and tiny with all little bars and pubs. I wish i could show you already a bit from what we shot. but you know of course that's not okay 😉😉

A New Day In A New City

I am just checked in my hotel and trying to sleep for a bit. It doesn't really work even with the windows totally blinded. 

I just arrived in Tokyo. I have never been here and I am kind of excited. when I landed on the airport I was tired and pretty annoyed because nobody sleept English. Even not at the passport control and so I almost didn't get in the country. haha

the guy who was waiting for me was so gentle. and the way they run around to do everything good and fast. He was always scared to let me wait.  It is so weird. I also really didn't know that here they drive on the left side of the road and have their steering wheel on the right side. just like in england.

an other thing that I thought was really funny was my way to tokyo from the airport. sometimes the landscape just looks as dutch as I am used to in the netherlands.  Green and flat. and a moment later there are hills and forest.

but the thing that I see the most is how dirty it is. everything is so dirty. except for my hotel hahaha. which I feel like a queen the way they treat me!. but I am going to sleep for an hour. so i am going. oh and sorry I havn't post anything normal in so long

a bored woman is a dangerous woman.

So I am in Madrid now. waiting on my plane to Amsterdam. I am coming from Ibiza and have to wait 5 hours on madrid to change flights. 

5 hours!! This is not okay i would say. haha.. I have had 2 hours now already. so still 3 to go. or if i count exactly 3 hours and 6 minutes. I have slept like almost not this night so I am tired and bored. If someone please knows something to do haha...  call me hah I would love you forever.

vacation

So tonight i am going on vacation for 4 days! ! How nice.  Going to ibiza with friends.  see them at Madrid where we both change flights.

So have a nice vacation and congrats to all the girls who finished high school today and got their confirmation.  So have a nice vacation you all. 

pissed

I am kind of pissed of myself. yesterday I had work and I did some thing stupid.  I thought it was a great idea to go hang on a basketball ring.  So I got too much pressure on my wrist and now it hurts all day already. 

I taped it in to not put any pressure on it now and going to fly with it like this tonight until I have to work tomorrow again. .

answer to the work out questions.

Hello,
I know I didn't react directly.  Sorry for that but I have had a crazy busy last two days.  yesterday (or actually today because it is evening now and I am writing this before I go to bed) we shot something really nice. 

But back to why I write this blog.  I think almost every one knows I am very dedicated to the gym lately.  So I posted a picture in instagram. A lot of people (mostly girls😉) asked me what I did to get my abs. 

So let me tell you all at the same time except of telling everyone separately. 
my first intentions of going to the gym was to run for half an hour to make my legs a bit smaller and just so I am in a good shape.  Now I am doing that for a couple of months and every time I start to do some thing else new to.  I am training next to running.  my lower- and upper back, my stomach and I also started to train my butt. 

I can't train my legs easily because I had heavy injuries so I mostly run at the moment.  But we never know maybe that will change.  So what I do to get my abs or just tight stomach because to be honest the abs are far from what I want.  my dad helped me with things I could do and what I like the most are the things in the gym.  Not the things you could be doing home in front of your couch or television. Until now I haven't done any crunch or sit up yet. 

I am going to start with it.  But the things that really changed my abs where when I started training the side and my lower abs. Most of you know how to train your side abs and your lower abs i train with every exercise you move your legs towards your body.  Instead of moving your upper body towards your lower body. 

So look online,  or ask for people of they know exact things to do.  But I would say. run a lot. running is really good to keto every thing going.  tui get your body started in the beginning of the training too. And find your gym stuff you like.  Oh and don't forget to also do your lower back if you train your stomach otherwise you have a change you will get back pain.

You are not a sketch, say no to anorexia

in the picture was suppose to stand. You are not a sketch say no to anorexia. But i cut it a couple of days ago for instagram and can't find the whole version anymore. So we will have to do it with this one.

But i made this version because I think it is absolutely crazy that we have to make this kind of campaigns/pictures. People should not feel like they have to look like those ultra thin unhealthy images that fit drawn by designers.
Nobody likes to see unhealthy looking girls that look like they will dissappear when the wind blows.

How is it possible that even when we are all against it we still don't say anything against it.  We say we don't promote it. But We Also Don't Do Anything Against It. 
Just share it and stand up against the fact that girls still feel like they need to look like this. Especially young girls that don't know any different than that this is what makes a women beautiful.  Because to be honest it is not.....

First time for everything

Wauw this was my first time talking my camera and really taking pictures of some one.  It kind of feels weird.  Lydia is one of the prettiest girls i know already in the first place.  But next to that she helped me out and let me take pictures of her.  Thank you do much love and from now on hoping to get better and better. ..

What do we actually want? PERFECTION?!?!

Let's be honest. What do we actually want? We wander around looking at our self, seeing parts of our self we want to change. We see parts of ourself we want to make better. We want to be skinnier, fitter, more breast, more ass. We want to be pumped up, not to be skinny. We don't like our hair color, our skin color. We don't like our freckles or our long nose.

But what do we want?  We all know we want to be perfect! But what is perfection for you? For me perfection is the moment you are proud of yourself on what you have done. If it is something like finishing your diet, finish your school, finaly go on regular basis to the gym or when you are totally recovered from a deep depression. No matter what kind of achievement you get. We are the ones doing it. On that moment, we are and can be proud on ourself. And if you are small or big, tall or short, big breast or small breast, skinny or musled or red hair or blonde. The only one we will have to impress is ourself. So be happy with yourself. And don't make up all those images of what you want to perfect about yourself. But look at yourself and see that you are already perfect.

Final school examens

So I finally got back my phone. It is totally working again.  This makes me so happy because it means you can call me again and I also can post posts again.

So I am in the middle of my final school exams. I have done already 6 exams and still have to do 3. Until now everything went great. Let's hope I will make the next 3 also great or even better.  I am now preparing for my history exam Monday.

After those exams I have to do in July also exams of all the subject I have done now.  Both count for 50%...

But actually to be honest, the whole main reason of this post is that I wanted to ask you all too think of me next week for my last exams.

Tattoo obsessions

First of all: sorry for posting nothing the last days. I was really busy and have done some amazing things.

I am so obsessed with tattoos! There are so many I really like. You can see some pictures of tattoos I found on the internet which I really like!

I don't know why I like tattoos so much. I have grown into it. First I only liked small things for woman. Now to be honest I like more and more and it really can make me happy to see beautiful tattoos.

I love text. Look at the one of one of the pictures. The text in her lip. I also loved tattoos in lips. I don't exactly know why. But I think because it looks strong in a way. The only bad thing about those tattoos is that they don't last long.

With piercings I just took them really impulsive and took it out when I was done with it. With tattoos I don't do it. Of ofcourse not. Tattoos are permanent.

Please please please send me pictures od tattoos you really like!! I would love to see them!!! Maybe I can get even more inspiration

Working for a pretty/toned stomach

There is one thing i always wanted. Everytime i started to work on it I turned out too lazy to finish what I started. But this time I am motivated. Really motivated.

I need a toned stomach. One that you look at and think 'wauw, that has to cost alot of work'.

I am naturally skinny so I don't have to work on that. I always thought I already had strong musles because you always saw them a bit. But it turned out....... nothing.. 

Let me do one crunch and I am laying for dead on the floor.
So maybe that is not the right way to do it for me.

So i decided to start running on a treadmill. (I have weak knees so don't judge me about not running outside).
This was one of the best things i could do. It feels good when you finish. Running 20 minutes one an other day. And it really also helps for all my musles in my body. The musles in my stomach really got better from it.

Next to that showed my dad my some excersice for my back. Because my whole core was really weak my back directly started to hurt when i tried to do my stomach.

Next to that i started three days ago with my stomach again. This excersice really works. Already now.
I think the name of it is a 'powerline'.

So i am going to the gym now  just got myself motivated for today.

To do list for when it is raining.

For me it is easy. I almost have my examens so I sit inside all day learning for my examens anyway. I did buy myself a nice present online yesterday evening to make it up.

But okay, a to do list for days when it is raining like it is today.

the first one will sound stupid but because i do it myself all day.
-go do your homework (or any other thing you rather push forwards for school or work)
-a rainy day is a good day to do your taxes
-go online and buy yourself presents 😍
-go search and find things you want to try like: food.  You will be inside so you have the time to search for it and make it. 
-clean your room/house. (Maybe i should start with that to today😢)
-go experiment with nailpolish and nailart even when you never did it before.
- go watch a movie all day long. With a thick blanket and a hot chocolate.
- go to a musea or anything else cultural inside.

I think this is enough. Nobody is waiting on a list of three hours reading time than the rain is already gone 😉😂

Nailart inspiration

I will say at first. I am not the best person to do your nail polish (or my own). It will not look that amazing if you want it to be haha. .
But I am practising. I have alot of time my nails done for work or when I decided to do a manicure.  I think the times at work were the times they really made something special out of it. 

I decided to do my nails myself so now and then and to tell you guys what I did. Which mistakes I made and what you really shouldn't do. I also tell you which nailpolish I used. I think from all that looking at people doing my nails I should be able to do somethings myself too. The nail polish on the picture down I did.
I think that it is not that bad for a first try.

What I did:
I used a pink nail polish to just paint my whole nail pink. After that with a silver/metallic nailpolish I painted a line over the upper part of my nail. How longer my nail was how bigger the upper part.
(Dont put ligther nail polish over darker nailpolish when it is still (even the slightest) wet. You will look totally through it.)

I used:
The dutch glamour brought out some nail polish colors. And this pink one they gave to me. So the name is: Glamour nails hysteric pink.

The silver/metallic is from the brand O.P.I. that will be easier to get when you don't live in The Netherlands ;). The nail color it's name is: Haven't the foggiest. 

If you have a really tiny pencel. Maybe from painting? Use it for the upper line you will get it far straighter and less messy.
You can also buy them really easy at your closest pharmacy or online on places like ebay or anywhere else.

I am watching at the moment three series.  Two which are busy.  So I can only watch ones a week and the other is I think already finished our at least the first three seasons are finished and I just started it. 
I have to tell you tho... The scary things are less high for me because I really can't stand scary things! !

A Honest List......

This will be fun to make. From all the things I want this is a honest list from what I really really want but havn't done yet.

I have never put a tongue piercing, neither did I take a tattoo. How would it feel? The needle on my skin.
I have never played in a movie or sing a song with people around me I dont know. (Singing is not really my best quality 😇😇)
I have no silver jewelery and I have never wacthed a scary tv-serie. Everytime I want to I get so scared I can't sleep for about a week!!
I have never used hard drugs and I am too scared to try it. I think I will never do it neither. I have never done my own make-up really because when I start I already ruin it so I just give up.
I have never used photoshop and I also never have cut someone's hair.
I have never kissed my best (male) friend. And I havn't read the game of thrones books.

Okay okay this is enough before you all get bored. Its really funny tho. You all should try it!! You figure out what you actually want.
